Kratos is led by Jacob Paterson, whose experience spans the Australian insurance supply chain — including claims operations, insurance building, supplier and panel performance, portfolio management, operational analytics and transformation.

His experience includes national supplier partnership and performance leadership within major insurers, together with insurance-building and technology environments.

Kratos is particularly suited to initiatives that sit across organisational boundaries and require a combination of analysis, commercial judgement, stakeholder alignment and practical implementation.
